RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS + EXCHANGES:

DOMESTIC ORDERS (U.S.)

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in good working condition, not damaged.

Your item must be in the original packaging and you must have all the parts in your kit.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may choose to exchange or receive a refund for your KINNEBAR.

YOU MUST PAY FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE RETURN. IF YOU WOULD LIKE WE CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A PRE-PAID LABEL AT A DISCOUNT THROUGH OUR CARRIER.

Please print and fill out this RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM and mail it with your KINNEBAR. (All instructions and the return address are included on the form.)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. (outside of the contiguous United States) Please be sure you are ordering the correct KINNEBAR Foot Swing for your workstation. We are happy to help you determine which model is best, so please email us if you have questions.

REFUNDS:

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) which will vary depending on your bank’s policies. (excluding shipping charges)

EXCHANGES:

We designed our website to help you order the correct type of KINNEBAR™ for your specific work station, but in the event you need to exchange the product for a different model, please see instructions above or contact us.

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless there was a manufacturer's defect. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
